We seem to be having issues with stuck instances on the openpower2
hypervisor. Unfortunately, the only resolution is to reboot the machine. I
will be doing that later this morning (likely in the next 30-45min). Sorry

I got word from the IBM tech that the part should be in tomorrow morning
and he should be on-site by mid morning. I'm hoping to have the system back

One of the POWER8 hypervisor machines just went down and I'm attempting to
bring that machine back online. I'm not sure what caused the original issue
but it might be hardware related. It should be starting VMs on it very soon.

While we do have these units tested on a regular basis there is no way to
predict when a battery is going give up the fight. The battery has been
