We will be performing a software upgrade on our OpenPOWER OpenStack cluster upgrading it from the Mitaka release to the Newton release. During this time, all OpenStack APIs and web interface will be offline to perform the upgrade. We do not expect any virtual machines running to be affected while the upgrade happens however that may happen during the outage window. I will send an update once the upgrade is completed.
