We just encountered an issue with one of the hypervisors (openpower2) and I ended up needing to restart the machine hard. I'm in the process of starting up the VMs now. Unfortunately I need to take off soon for an appointment but I'll keep an eye on it when I get back. If your instances aren't back online within the next 10-15 min, please send us an email to powerdev-requ...@osuosl.org
