Well if 'list media' only showed the 1 volume that's all Bacula knows about.
The *unknown* means the Bacula director was unable to work

Thats a whole different problem I suspect, but could be related to
bacula not actually performing jobs at the moment and not having any
emails to send.
Let's fix the first problem first, and look into this later if it's
still an issue.
