Including, but probably not limited to:
    * Version of Bacula you are running (1.36/1.38/2.0.x)
    * Operating System you are running Bacula on (Linux/Windows/etc)
    * Output from option 1: Director of the status command
    * Output of the 'messages' command, if any.
    * Output of the "llist media" command,  specifically for volume 
BACKUP0001

My current guess (and it's only a guess as you've not provided enough 
information for anything else) is that Bacula has decided the mounted 
volume isn't acceptable for some reason (Full/Used status probably) and 
has asked for another volume be mounted.

Of course, I'm probably wrong - the extra information should help narrow 
down the possibilities.
