How can i understand this is the only volume defined in bacula From the 
*unknown* value in 
the director scheduled jobs table
?

And as i understand i can get new tape or purge tape and use from now on ?
is it true ?

The first clue - it's waiting for an appendable volume, indicating the 
one it has currently isn't for some reason.

Second clue - VolStatus is full.

Is this the only volume defined in Bacula? From the *unknown* value in 
the director scheduled jobs table. I suspect either it is, or the rest 
are full as well.

If you want to reuse this tape, you'll need to purge it using the 
'purge' command. Possibly twice so Bacula realises it's empty. This WILL 
result in Bacula overwriting all existing data on the tape tho so make 
sure you really really really want to reuse it.

Otherwise you'll need to swap tapes with a new one and label it with the 
'label' command.

Oh, and if you have an autochanger with barcode reader you can label all 
the tapes in it with a command like 'label barcode' - see the 
autochanger section of the manual for more information if that's the case.
