Is it possible to support the v2.0 firmware?

Has anyone been able to get CA0132 to actually function with ALSA? Any
word on when it will be supported in Linux? I have even tried the latest
RC of kernel 3.10 and there is still no support for getting any kind of
sound out of this card on Linux.

Anyone able to get this to function at all? I've had this card for over
a year now without the ability to use it in Linux. It is at least
detected by ALSA and listed in alsamixer, there is simply just no sound
from any of the ports. Currently using Linux kernel 3.9 with the latest
firmware.

Obviously there should not be a link to a non-existing bug tracker also…
