I've thought about how vulnerable the entire US power and communications

We have done splices and couplers wrapped in tape and mastic. Many fail
after a certain amount of time so our new policy is a cut cable means a new

That's a killer deal. When you add HE later, both combined will still be
cheaper than one 10G from other providers like Telia, Lumen, Windstream,

I'd rather have two 10G circuits from Cogent and HE than only one 10G from

We use Calix 844e and have about 800 units in the field. We're on consumer

we need to migrate to still.
The short and sweet is they're the best routers we've ever used and we had

I've used a data only sim in Croatia before. It was unlimited data for
something cheap like $15 for 10 days.
What I don't understand is why people are using whatsapp? No one I know
uses it but everyone I know has Facebook and with messenger and you can
chat, call, and video message. So why go out

I've got a Model 3 performance as my daily driver. Autopilot too.
Best car I've ever driven and owned. Faster than my Camaro ZL1 plus some
Ferrari, Lambo, Porsche cars I've driven.
I highly recommend a Tesla. The car gets frequent updates every 4-6 weeks
with new features and improvements to auto
When it's the largest social media platform in the world, people will
continue to use it.
I don't know why people hate it. It's seems fine to me. Althought I never
scroll through the news feed anymore. I only check the wisp groups and our
business page so I'm not fully into it.

We use Google drive for everything. Anything we store locally isn't
important. No need to worry about backups or broken computers. Offline
access is possible too which will update once you hit the internet again.

I don't understand how you guys think BGP kills Mikrotik. We have ccr1072
and ccr1009 taking full tables and it takes about 3-5 minutes and winbox
works fine the whole time. The router is not on its knees so I don't
understand why people say it's as bad as it is.

Stable release of this was a few weeks ago. Download the 2nd stable version
released 2 days ago and it will work.
Correct on being able to swap out a 1/2k AP for a 3k and all existing epmp

No great system works for free.
Calix is still the best option out there feature and performance wise.
Price isn't bad once you consider how easy it is, can free up labor for
money making things like sales, and reduces churn. I'm going to continue
saying that the Calix cloud pays for itself over a
If it's Calix, they had some rogue ONT issues out there that can affect the
whole PON by talking out of turn.
They should know if your hardware is affected.

I've been bit in the ass everytime I tried to do something nice for
someone. Start acting more like a businessman and your life will become
easier and you'll feel better being paid for your time and services.
If I were you, I'd give him a couple days grace period to pay the past due.

In my opinion, alarms should be connected to a reliable cellular provider
like Verizon or AT&T who typically have backup generators. Cellular will be
more reliable than a residential internet connection and there's some level
of redundancy in the fact if one cell tower goes down, it easily fails ov

Our local one screen theater is $4 before 6pm and $6 after. Great popcorn
and nice seats.
Half hour away, there's a 12 screen theater with leather reclining seats
and I go on Tuesdays when every movie is $5. Great deal

We've also seen business customers leave us for fiber because it's "fiber"
and when we followup after 6 months, they inform us of the 2 or 3 fiber
cuts they had with them and how we were actually more reliable.
Funny how they don't believe our redundancy claims until they deal with
their new fiber
etwork properly designed.

Ruckus is the gold standard for enterprise and high density Wi-Fi. I rarely
hear anything negative about them and the ruckus gear we've deployed has
been rock solid with better coverage than anything else.
It surprises me to hear you had trouble with it.

If TeamViewer would charge a more reasonable rate, we would probably pay
for it but it's way too high for how little we use it. I use it maybe 5
times a month.
