Nothing in the description mentions free TV or content so they can probably
get away with it. I see vendor booths at our county and state fairs selling
pirated boxes. I feel for all the ISP's of people who buy the boxes.

We have a few customers who complain their free content buffers. We tell
them if legit services like Netflix and YouTube work fine, to contact their
illegal streaming provider. They seem to get the hint that they don't pay
for the service and have no one to contact. The person who sold it knew it
was illegal and doesn't provide support. We educate them that this free
content comes from overseas and doesn't work well and they may be contacted
by law enforcement in the future.
