It has DNS. Has the correct NS server addresses too. When I try to ping the DL host by name, it finds the correct IP address, and can, in fact, ping it. I did get it to download the updated firmware. Had to turn off SSL certificates. That still provided no joy, because the upgrade command would no

I think if you download an old controller version from before the EOL, you can probably manage it. Go to: https://www.ui.com/download/unifi/ Scroll down past the "Firmware" section to the "Software" section. Below that, click the button that says "See Past Software". Controller versions there go
