It has DNS. Has the correct NS server addresses too. When I try to ping the
DL host by name, it finds the correct IP address, and can, in fact, ping it.

I did get it to download the updated firmware. Had to turn off SSL
certificates. That still provided no joy, because the upgrade command would
not accept a URL in the form of file://{path/filename}. I think it found
the file, but it came back with the error message "Unsupported scheme".

I did get the discover tool to find it, and the discover tool looks like it
will allow me to reset it and (maybe) take ownership of it. I will look
into whether I can change the WiFi password via the CLI, but it looks
pretty limited (so far).

I'm kinda hesitant to reset it, but if that's where I have to go, so be it.
