I'm not a car guy, but a quick google search shows it's about 50/50 if the towing company will re-install it or not. Sounds like if they do, then you have to sign a waiver saying you realize it wasn't an ASE job, and may not be in spec. Other towing outfits just flat out won't take that liability. Haven't found anything talking about who pays if they don't reinstall it.....
