know about it, but some of the new people might not.
I run a report that checks the activity log for servers that have exceeded the
maximum number of mount points (ANR0539W). One of my servers last

Occam's Razor would tell me to stop trying to do DIRMC support and to use
DISK, not FILE, spaces as the initial storage pools so my new server is as

I appreciate you going back and forth with me on this but I think you are
missing my point. This isn't a TSM configuration issue. The mount points
themselves have been created by this customer and they have the name of the
physical server in them and that changes when the cluster groups

Can anybody give advice on mount points, I have 4 drives in an LTO 3583
library, My job will only ever mount 2 of these drives at any one time even
if I put 4 for the limit in the devclass and also in the client. Can someone

I noticed from a previous post that the drives are showing up as GENERICTAPE
and not LTO. Did you create an LTO deviceclass? This could be the problem.
There are no LTO devices in your library. Make sure that the TSM SCSI driver
(ADSMSCSI) is controlling the
