More importantly, why are you running HACMP 2?

First let me say, I don't want to spread out the discussion to non *SM

Hi ADSMer's
I need to get off my DLT IV library soon.
Can anybody recommend a IBM or 3rd party vendor that will work with
ADSM 3.2.40 and eventually TSM3.7.1?
I think I will need a library that holds at least 40 DLT IV tapes as I will
have to reuse the ones I have.
Thanks,

I'm certainly interested in what you wind up with. At lot of
your answers are going to depend on how much data you're backing
up for how many clients in what time window, and what your

Well, they have an Archived Date, and in the management class to which they
are bound there is a retention period, which computes to an expiration.
You can query the archive files from the client, or in the s

The adsm scheduler on ACTIVE Node is down. If your system is Unix/AIX
using ps -ef | grep dsm to see whether you have any processe like

If your plateform is NT, check you services is start or stop.

Your nodename paramater should have a hyphen before it ( -nodename), here it

I (might) have a problem with an Exabyte EXB-220 tape library connected
