After installing playwright, one runs "playwright install" to install the browser(s). This requires internet connectivity. In the branch of https://github.com/sagemath/sage/pull/38509, I do this in the script package "playwright_chromium". Because the installation requires internet connectivity, it is not suitable as a standard package according to our policy.
