We ask this question on the front end of the process, not the back end. That is a simple matter of fairness. Also, the form of rhetoric here is a bit disturbing. When someone comes up with one example, it should not be assumed that there is in fact but one use (conversely one need not assume that there is more than one use, but as per above it is irrelevant).
