I'd whole-heartedly recommend WD hd's. For the past 10 years, I've owned 5 of them, 1 Seagate, and 1 IBM. The Seagate died a slow, horrid death of more & more bad sectors; and the IBM crashed on me and I had to re-install my system.
The 5 WD's I've had have been stable as bricks. Heck, I even dropped one on to the floor, and threw one against the wall; and they are STILL serving critical data on my home PC and here on a work server. I tried out the IBM last year, but returned to WD this year after my IBM crash. And from now on, it's WD all the way for me baby. WD's are utmost recommendable. _______________________________________________ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
