To clarify, we have had very few problems with the XW equipment. The problems we have had were actually talking to anyone in tech support that knew the equipment on those occasions when we did need to call.

I will say that the 3 XW system is not ready for prime time due to space limitations in the PDP, but there are work arounds (contact me off list). When I needed Xantrex to assist me with the AHJ, Mark Edmunds of Xantrex was prompt and helpful in this regard. Go figure... William Miller
