Are any solar integrators in California lobbying the cities they do business
in to implement an AB811 program?

Hi Drake,

This is where the German model of guaranteed low interest loans for PV
systems would be a great way to create jobs + all the rest.
Because as you point out, since putting your money in the bank for
such low returns, you'd get much better with producing your own power

Does anyone know of any PV funding that would work for the small guys
in the new Stimulus bill?
