I believe a more real world number is 10%. I believe you could find panels that were selling for 25% more than the cheapest panels now, but that is not a realistic view. To somehow infer that a, say, Sharp 180 or Sanyo HUP has dropped 25% is once again creating a situation for we design/install/sell guys that puts us in a bad place. I wonder who they are talking to to get this information.......
