But let's remember what 6 months ago looked like. I personally know of eight
or so 1/2 to 1 MW projects in California that were going full bore to finish
before the ITC expired. The bubble in Spain, etc.

Then the global economy tanked and the ITC was renewed. So two factors on
the demand side of the equation have diminished.

On the supply side, manufacturer's (until recently) have all been ramping up
production.

But if I remember properly, today's module prices are not too different from
late 2005 early 2006.

I would say the long term (2+ year) factor that we should look at it new(er)
technology. Is anyone offering thin film as a regular option for system 20
kW or less?
