I guess I have have a question about "floor living" in general. As this is the first I've ever really heard of it. I have one on those big yoga balls that I sit on sometimes instead of a chair and stretch on it sometimes too.
A little background, my back hurts a lot, neck and knees too. Being a firefighter its always just been par for the course and I haven't put much thought into it other than a few pills now and again. If I wanted to give this a go, what might be a good place to start... Floor sitting? Floor sleeping? Something else? I can't say i'm sold, but I'm intrigued?
