Anybody have experience clearing up this forward rocking I have with my long reach Tektros that are in the standard build for the Sam Hilborne? When I brake sharply (or even if I don't and I'm just carrying weight I experience this slight, singular vibration that I can feel in the handlebar... the brakes are rocking forward a bit, and it is very disconcerting. I took it to a mechanic I work with and he basically said that it was something that happened with long reach brakes, v-brakes, anything with a long arm design. I feel skeptical.
