Front and rear der with friction thumbies to make a three speed. Dos Eno in the back, and the original QB Sugino crank in the front. I enjoyed doing a century with this transmission, but at the time I didn't have a bike with gears that was as comfortable. I never had to change a flat during the six months I rode this way, but that would have been a prolonged pitstop... I switched it to fixed with a new Phil hub rear wheel right after, where it has stayed to this day. I rode the Cape Cod Bike Trail yesterday, and it is still my favorite bike to ride even though my stable has increased since then.
