I'll throw my hat in the 2-speed internal hub ring. But past experience with the Sturmey 2SC prompts me to suggest SRAM 2 speed Automatix. Mine has a coaster brake which I like a lot. 2 speed automatic transmission works perfectly shifting up and down.
