Sean, I have had a Sam Hillborne for a couple of years and 2000 miles or so. I have ridden alot of bikes but I wouldn't say the Sam is a go fastish bike. The Sam is smooth, comfortable and is the most comfortable riding bike I have ever had but not go fastish.. Bruce
