I've never been one to go on about how great whatever the Euros do is, but.... While visiting Spain in the Spring i was impressed how people would atke a stroll in the evening, as a family, and even more so on Sunday. Oddly enough, I ate ice cream, some times thrice daily, but at least every day, and came home 10 days later having lost 7 pounds. So exercise as a simple habit really does matter.
