I'm running the 16/19 with 32/36 in front on my QB. This gives me about the same range as stock (40/32 with a single 18t freewheel) with a dandy looking fender line, great chainline, a bailout gear AND easy wheel removal. I only use the 16/36 and 19/32 combos. I live in a pretty hilly town and I've used my QB on mountain rides with this set up. If I lived somewhere flat, I'd definitely gear up.
