My experiences with 700 x 25, 700 x 28 and 26 x 1.25 Paselas have been 
uniformly positive.  I've had no sidewall failures although I have had a couple 
of casing failures under the tread.  I have used the tanwall non-TG non-folding 
versions exclusively.
