Not really. For off road, I use MTB as short hand. Too many other
things in life I have to think about.

That may well be. But they must really like the look of the bike with
Hetres, as the photos of their bikes would suggest (of the 650b
Boulder as well).

But the VO Rando is a 700 (why I am not sure. The Johnnycoast VO
Randos (maybe that should be singular. As far as I know, Steve
Palinscar has the only one) is 650b.

Frankly, I would be surprised if 650b is even 10% of the bikes at even
a tradition bound event such as the P-B-P. But then the Pari-Moto are
a small run tire meant for a small number of customers. And among
these riders, it would stand to reason they will be using tires such
as he Hetre and Pari-Moto, given the level of interest for those tires
among the 650b set.

I certainly do not debate this point. My understanding of the Pari-
Moto, however, is that it may not by design necessarily be robust
enough to handle off-road as well as other tires on the market. From
what I read,Kirk does not appear to have designed the tire with off-
road in mind. I would hate to see riders criticizing the tire for not
being able to do what he meant it to do.
