That's Hobo bag, also NLA from Rivendell, but I think I like the new Brand V handlebar bag is even better in some ways: easier to load & retrieve stuff, great map case & visibility, easy on and off, and a good size for a universal bar bag. Rivendell says it's meant only for drop bars, but I use mine with Albatross bars sometimes. The little bar tube bag design works for most bars, too. The Hobo sits close to the stem and I have it slung low so I can use the tops of the bars, and lashed down to a Nitto front rack to keep sway down, and it doesn't destabilize Quickbeam handling at all. If anything, the bike is a stable cruiser, with never a lurch, even fully loaded up front, which is more than I can say for another of my non-Rivendell bikes designed for rear loads, which I tried to use a front basket with...
