I have track ends only one fendered bike, my Monocog -- the other fenders are on bikes with horizontals -- and I solved my problem with the PB Cascadias by simply cutting the rear short (at the leading edge) so that it stops just far enough aft to keep my be'hind (accent first syllable) and Nelson dry.
