I just put Woody's fenders http://www.woodysfenders.com on my Quickbeam, and left the rear stays long so I can just pull the bottom rear of the fender rearward (the wood is very flexible) to get the tire out. Saw the idea for the wood fenders to solve this problem here. http://www.flickr.com/photos/25671...@n02/3471738520/ Haven't tried it on the road yet, but in the garage it works perfectly. These fenders look really great with Riv tweed flaps, too, as you can see in some examples on the Woody's website gallery.

I could actually go on and on about their limitations... So with the idea that the fender must be adjusted somewhat frequently to deal with the wheel adjustments, would the two stay SKS like Riv sells be the best choice? I am assuming that metal fenders would just suck at this. john ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **************************************************** To ensure compliance with Treasury Department regulations, we advise you that, unless otherwise expressly indicated, any federal tax advice contained in this message was not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of (i) avoiding tax-related penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or applicable state or local tax law provisions or (ii) promoting, marketing or recommending to another party any tax-related matters addressed herein. **************************************************** **************************************************** This email (and any attachments thereto) is intended only for use by the addressee(s) named herein and may contain legally privileged and/or confidential information.
