The photos do not reflect my riding position. Look closely and you will see that the bike is not even ridable -- it has no cables for brakes or derailers. I rode with Albatross bars, which I am keeping.
BTW, I agree with your comments about straddling. It is not a big deal. The bigger problem for me is that with a 2.5 degree rise in the top tube, the virtual top tube length, which is what matters, is probably closer to 60cm on a 58cm Atlantis. I feel like a little kid riding his big brother's bike. I can manage it fine, but the 56 feels dialed in (I rode one).
