Even though I've done a bunch of 200K rides, mostly with lots of mountains, and usually around 7 hours; when I'm done I can't grasp why someone would want to ride one wheel length further. For the record, my last 200 K was two years ago at the age of 63. Now I'm trying to come back from foot surgery and ten kilos of weight gain while I sat around healing.
