Brad, At first, on reading this post, I started to feel "hey, what's the big idea?" Then, noticed that Grant has just posted something on the website. And this has now made me sad I ever responded.
This is the way things go. Thought I was saying something nice about what has easily become my favorite bicycle company (and maybe my favorite company overall), and yet, in responding, it appears that intent was overshadowed by the negative aspect. Once again, it does appear that whenever I contribute anything to a list my foot goes right into my mouth (digitally speaking).
