Like: the perfection of my road bikes -- that is, the fit and handling. I like the ornate lugs and fancy paint, too, but those are decidedly secondary qualities.
Miss (or would miss had I not already purchased the two light and fast pavement only Riv roads I covet): a light road type bike from the Riv lineup, in the RB-1 pattern. But one can't expect everyone to make everything; if Grant and company have turned their attention exclusively toward bikes meant for fat tires and dirt roads, more power to them; there are other makes on the market. Think very weird: tweed bags. Like my Country bag. For me, no measly 35mm or 37 mm or 42 mm tire is going to work off road, given our dirt conditions, so fat road tires are of no benefit to me. I want a Bombadil with horizontals and disc mounts and bottle mounts and no other braze ons and room for 60s with fenders and 1.5 cm of clearance between tire and fender. (Yes, my Monocog 29er and my erstwhile Diamond Back 26er had room for 60s with fenders and mud.)
