70 psi is astonishingly high for a 41mm actual width tire.  Even 50 is
probably high.  I run 38x650B (actual width probably around 36mm) Col de
la Vie tires at 50.

At >215 (plus at least 5 lb handlebar bag) I run 700x32 Paselas or
700x30 Grand Bois at round 70 front, 75 rear.

What pressure do you use in your 25mm tires?  I found a world of
difference in ride comfort on Michelin 700x25s going between 90-95psi
and 105-110 psi.  At the higher pressures, the ride was very harsh,
smoothing out dramatically at the lower pressure.
