70 psi is astonishingly high for a 41mm actual width tire. Even 50 is probably high. I run 38x650B (actual width probably around 36mm) Col de la Vie tires at 50. At >215 (plus at least 5 lb handlebar bag) I run 700x32 Paselas or 700x30 Grand Bois at round 70 front, 75 rear. What pressure do you use in your 25mm tires? I found a world of difference in ride comfort on Michelin 700x25s going between 90-95psi and 105-110 psi. At the higher pressures, the ride was very harsh, smoothing out dramatically at the lower pressure. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
