Yes - the Shortbread layer's  _data_ does contain the Berber name - 
https://map.atownsend.org.uk/vector/index_svwd05.html#21/31.5118336/-9.7620782 
has debug enabled so that if you hover over the name there you can see the 
Berber name, but if you move the mouse away you can see that the underlying map 
doesn't show it.  That map style is a different one again to "Versatiles 
Colorful", which is what the "Shortbread" layer on OpenStreetMap.org uses, but 
shows the same bug.
