### How to reproduce the issue?
Open the link and view the location rendering.
Latin and Arabic text render correctly, and the Berber script I see on overpass
turbo is shown in boxes. Samples from both applications appended. Problem
extends into Algeria, so not a country specific item.
Data are present; font fallback appears missing. I've confirmed I have Tifinagh
rendering detected.
Browser identifies as "'Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64)
AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/143.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
Edg/143.0.0.0'"
