There are more sanity checks in 1.23.

There is only one place where that error occurs

Replace it with

&error_condition("owner of unpacked files (uid=$uid) doesn't match UID of
Qmail-Scanner (uid=$effective_uid) - can't expect this to work. Fix whatever
is creating files (like \"$filepath\") with uid=$uid");

...and then it'll tell you the actual filename that it didn't like.

Basically it is checking that "$filepath" is owned by "qscand" - and that
check says it isn't.
