ClamAV is also running as "qscand". Is there anything else I should check my end before reporting a bug?

Does anyone have any ideas on this? I've tried it on a few boxes now and I still get the same results.
Should I report this as a bug?

Check the ownership of all the files under /var/spool/qmailscan/ - everything under ./tmp and ./working must be owner "qscand" - otherwise you have a broken install of something.
