Recall that someone posted the link here to the article where the M$ 
dude responsible for that said UAC in Vista said they purposely did that 
to drive hard against the complaints of no (or little) security in prior 
versions.  Insane that that would have been allowed to go out with that 
kind of user experience.  Of course everyone learned to click through it.
