This is a great question I struggle with, too. We deliver custom software
solutions and require our customers to locate their own computer,
networking, security, backup, malware, etc. support. However, when our
software "doesn't work right" we often are thrown in the middle of these
situations. It can be hard to locate small/medium business technical
support.
