If you're not generating new bounces every minute, the volume will dissipate. If you're generating a lot of bounces, that's the problem to >solve, i.e. the *generating* part. Instead of working on throwing them away, find out why you have a high bounce rate and fix that. I am not sure why the same emails are going out even with the non-delivery reports. The clients are clearly not sending these. So, not sure what to look for. Please note that all other emails are fine (incoming and outgoing). It is just these emails that bounce that keep on getting resent. (there are also a couple of internal emails being resent, as far as I can tell from the logs, but those sends are successful yet keeps repeating)
