Once your master.cf file is correct, it is no longer of much
interest. What matters now is logs and main.cf.

Once the notifications are sent, the associated message is deleted from
the queue. If you're not generating new bounces every minute, the
volume will dissipate. If you're generating a lot of bounces, that's
the problem to solve, i.e. the *generating* part. Instead of working
on throwing them away, find out why you have a high bounce rate and
fix that.
