I changed the last column in bounce line to bounce (it used to be discard)
in master.cf. 
Now I get NDRs every minute or so because of those retrying emails. What
next?

That's much too glib, somewhat bordering on just rude. :-(  And not even
directly relevant, there's no mention of bounce, discard, ... there, nor
even mention of delivery agents.  It is just master.cf *syntax*.
