Post LOGS of outbound email failing.  DO NOT "shorten" the log
entries, post COMPLETE log lines as logged by Postfix.  You can
obfuscate just the localparts of email addresses.

Traceroute uses ICMP or UDP and is irrelevant here.  To test
connectivity you would use "telnet" or netcat, ... to the TCP
destination.
