Unless you're currently planning on using an after-queue content
inspection system, or complex transports that can't be expressed in
a single instance, stick with a single instance.

If later you decide you want multiple instances, it's not that big a
deal to add once you're already familiar with postfix.

Before you tackle the rocket-powered roller skates, make sure you
can skate.
