My proposed solution used only transport rules for the few domains
that are "good". It used ONE wild-card pattern for everything else.

In addition, Victor Duchovni came upo with a solution that could
fit into this wild-card rule (a content filter-based approach) that
could send the "bad" mail to any destination of your liking.

This seems to provide exactly what you want.
